Child Policy: Children of all ages are welcome. All Rates are Per Villa Per Night with Maximum Occupancies refering to 'Persons' including both Adult and Child guests.

Cancellation Policy:

31 days prior to arrival – No fee
15-30 days prior to arrival – 25% of total accommodation
8-14 days prior to arrival – 50% of total accommodation
1-7 days prior to arrival – 75% of accommodation
No Show – 100% of total accommodation

All cancellations must be in writing, all name changes are considered a cancellation and incur the same penalties as outlined in the above penalty.
