45 - 32 days prior to arrival - 25% of total booking will be charged
31 - 16 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking will be charged
15 - 9 days prior to arrival - 75% of total booking will be charged
8 days or less or no shows - Full payment subject only to nights resold
