We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and enjoys working with people.

As part of the DMCK team, you will support the Manager DMCK in delivering exceptional service and ensuring financial success. Your primary focus will be managing Groups in organising accommodation packages, tours and activities, airport transfers and so forth. Additionally, you’ll assist with special and sporting events, corporate retreats, award programs, weddings and cruise-ships as needed.

You'll also play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers to drive sales and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.


Key requirements:

• Level 3 secondary school graduate and/or
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with reservations booking systems.
• Experience working with Groups and Events will be an advantage.
• Must be computer literate – you will be using Microsoft Outlook, excel, and our internet-based booking system (Tourplan) daily .
• Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Be well organised with attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
• Is motivated and mature with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
